Here's the final layout of the PSPi Zero Version 5 board. I think the design work is done, and a small batch is getting produced over the next couple weeks. If everything works as expected, I intend to ship a couple of these to people interested in doing stress-testing.

The look is very similar to PSPi Version 4, but there are many, many changes under the hood, including:
Higher bit depth on the display
Stereo audio with hardware volume control
Longer play time due to 3.3v buck-boost converter
Smarter battery monitoring
Better USB power control, including USB battery charging
No case modification required
No speaker modification required
No CSI cable required
Pi is removable after kit is assembled

More in-depth details will come as this gets closer to release. All schematics and PCB files will be released open source the same day that the board is ready for purchase.
