The new PSPi Zero prototype is here. The new shape doesn't require any modification of the plastics on the PSP, and the PSP speakers plug directly into the board.
There's still a lot of work remaining before I release the design files and start shipping boards. Follow me here and on my website at https://othermod.com/pspi-zero-version-5/ for updates.
